- How do I get paid for my bottles and cans?
Arrange for your bottles and cans to be brought in to one of Mission Pacific’s 3 bottle buy back centers and exchange your Mission Pacific branded PET bottles and Cans for cash
- Do I get money back for all the bottles and cans I bring back?
Mission Pacific pays for PET bottles and aluminium cans that belong to our partner companies. Namely Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (Fiji) Ltd, Natural Waters of Viti Ltd, and the Motibhai Group of Companies. Our brands include Fiji Water, Coca-Cola, Diet Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Sprite, the Fanta Range, the Schweppes range, the Minute Maid Pulpy range, the Jucy range, the Frubu range, Mother range, Powerade range, Pure Drop, and the Sprint range . we are currently paying 5c for every bottle of our range that is brought back to us
- Does Mission Pacific accept bottles and cans from outside its range?
We accept but will not pay for PET bottles and aluminium cans of brands belonging to other manufacturers; on the condition that the bottles are clean and colorless and are free of oily residue/ food stuff
- How do I interact with Mission Pacific?
Bring your PET bottles and Aluminium cans to our Bottle Buy Back Centres (in Laucala Beach, Waiyavi, Lautoka, and Vakamasuasua Subdivision, Labasa) between the hours of 9am – 1pm during one of our bottle buy back days and our bottle buy back teams will carry out the sorting and counting before preparing your payment.
- Does Mission Pacific offer pickups?
Mission Pacific currently offers a monthly pickup service to BBB customers who live within the Nausori – Lami Corridor. Special charges will apply for pickup. Pickup charges will be 50% of what the total amount raised through the redemption of our Mission Pacific products.
- Why have you shifted from $1 per kg to 5c per package?
The change in Mission Pacific’s mechanics was made to motivate more Fijians to recycle by assigning a 5c value to every single PET bottle and aluminium can belonging to the Mission Pacific range
- Are their any COVID 19 requirements at your Bottle Buy Back Centres?
Yes, we still require our customers to be fully masked when they visit our sites. They must also have the Care Fiji App installed on their phones and should be fully vaccinated (with a vaccination card) in order to be allowed participate in our program.
